After purchasing our home and during my pregnancy, we asked Otani Construction to remodel both the kitchen and bathroom at the same time.Since my due date was already set, we wanted to work with a company we could trust to complete the project on schedule, and Otani Construction delivered exactly that.Throughout the renovation, they were very considerate of me as an expectant mother—always letting me know when there would be noise, odors, or use of chemicals, and carefully covering the house to minimize any impact. This time, due to the unusually heavy and continuous rain, we asked Otani Construction to repair roof leaks, replace damaged tiles, and fix areas that had deteriorated over time.The staff who worked on our roof did an exceptionally thorough job, even taking the initiative to repair areas that we hadn’t specifically requested.They took photos before and after the repairs and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. We asked Otani Construction to install a bidet toilet seat. Due to the structure of my house, the project turned out to be more complicated than originally expected, but they handled everything with great patience.They also worked on dismantling the backyard patio and converting a second-floor door into a window, scheduling the construction around my online class times so it wouldn’t disrupt my work from home.I really appreciated being able to discuss everything with them and get thoughtful advice throughout the process.
